Workplaces

We ensure your workplace meets the mandated certified first aider requirements for every shift, enhancing your company's preparedness for potential accidents. Our training addresses specific tasks and risk factors, helping your company comply with federal and provincial occupational health and safety legislation.

Individuals

As a Canadian Red Cross training partner, we provide a number of training options to fit your needs. Contact us to guide you on what your requirements may be. 
We offer in-person onsite group sessions (for groups of 4 or more), or you may join a scheduled course. 

PWST First Aid Course Options

Blended Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C (FA2)

  • Required for workplaces that are not close to emergency services, or where workers use equipment and tools or work at heights.
  • Includes everything in Emergency First Aid (FA1).
  • Meets current workplace regulations, and is a great course for individuals who want to build their skills.
  • Course length: an online portion completed on your own time, plus 1 day of instructor-led training at your workplace.

Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C (FA2)

  • Required for workplaces that are not close to emergency services, or where workers use equipment and tools or work at heights.
  • Includes everything in Emergency First Aid (FA1).
  • Meets current workplace regulations, and is a great course for individuals who want to build their skills.
  • Course length: 2 days, fully instructor-led.

Emergency First Aid & CPR/AED Level C (FA1)

  • Suited to low-risk workplaces such as offices, banks, accounting firms and law offices.
  • A great course for individuals who want the basics of responding to an emergency.
  • Course length: 1 day, instructor-led.

Recertification for Standard and Emergency First Aid

  • Available if your current certificate is less than 3 years old. Please provide a copy.
  • Previous St. John Ambulance and Canadian Red Cross certificates qualify.
