Province Wide Safety Training Ltd. is a Canadian Red Cross Training Partner. 

We are pleased to offer First Aid CPR / AED Training to help workplaces comply to both federal and provincial occupational health and safety legislation.

We at Province Wide Safety Training Ltd. believe in great customer service. We provide onsite training at your workplace location, and we work around your schedule. Daytime shifts, Evening Shifts, Weekends and even Mid-night Shifts aren't a problem. Let us know when it works best for you to have the training done, and we'll make it work.

If you'd prefer offsite training, or don't have the minimum people required for onsite training, we also offer scheduled courses.

Course information: 

Standard First Aid Training ( Level 2 ) - First Aid & CPR - Level C (Adult, Child, Infant)

  • Course Length 2 Days 
  • Course for people needing the training for workplace requirements, or more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.

Course Description:

  • Includes First Aid Level 1 Training
  • Includes procedures for both children and infants
  • Includes secondary assessments, multiple casualty management, heat/cold emergencies, head/spine injuries, severe bleeding, injuries to bones, muscles, joints poisonings and scenario based hands on training are also included at this level.

Further Course Information:

  • Once the course is successfully completed, an electronic Certification Card and/or Wall Certificate will be issued.
  • Take home materials: First Aid and CPR Manual.

First Aid Level 1 (Emergency / Basic ) CPR / AED - Level C (Adult, Child, Infant)

  • Course Length 1 Day (8 hours)
  • Course is for people looking for Basic First Aid Training for low risk workplaces (e.g. Offices) or home.

Course Description: 

  • Basic one-day course offering an overview of First Aid
  • Prepares an individual to deal with a medical emergency, shock
  • Includes training in CPR / AED 
  • Conscious/Unconscious choking procedures
  • Includes procedures for adults, children and infants
  • Basic First Aid guidelines related to burns, severe bleeding, wound care, shock and broken bones
  • Learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of a heart attack, stroke, severe allergic reactions, breathing and diabetic emergencies 
  • Individuals with have hands on practice to help develop the confidence to attend to these emergency situations
